Responsible for the collection, processing and use of your personal data within the meaning of Art. 4 No. 7 GDPR is SeoProfy – Local Profy LLC, represented by General Manager Viktor Karpenko (3422 Old Capitol Trail, STE 248, Wilmington, DE, USA) (hereinafter – SEOPROFY).

If you wish to object to the collection, processing or use of your data by us in accordance with these data protection regulations as a whole or for individual measures, you can address us your objection.

Also, you can save and print out this Privacy Policy at any time.

2. General purposes of processing.

SEOPROFY use personal data for the purpose of operating the website, as well as for fulfilling customer contracts and inquiries.

3. Which data is used by SEOPROFY.

3.1. Hosting.

The hosting services we use serve to provide the consulting services in the field of informatization.SEOPROFY or our hosting provider process inventory data, contact data, content data, contract data, usage data, meta- and communication data of customers, interested parties and visitors to this website on the basis of our legitimate interests in an efficient and secure provision of our website in accordance with GDPR.

3.2. Order data.

SEOPROFY collect information about you when you use this website via sending the order. We automatically collect information about your usage behavior and interaction with us and record data about your computer or mobile device. SEOPROFY collect, store and use data about every access to our website (so-called server log files). Access data includes:

This is also our legitimate interest pursuant to Art 6 para. 1 sentence 1 f) GDPR.

SEOPROFY reserve the right to check the log data subsequently if there is a justified suspicion of illegal use based on concrete evidence. We store IP addresses in the log files for a limited period of time if this is necessary for security purposes or for the provision or billing of a service, e.g. if you use one of our offers. After the order process has been cancelled or payment has been received, SEOPROFY will delete the IP address if this is no longer required for security purposes. SEOPROFY also store IP addresses if we have a concrete suspicion of a criminal offence in connection with the use of our website.

3.3. SEOPROFY Cookies.

SEOPROFY use so-called session cookies to optimize our website. A session cookie is a small text file that is sent by the respective servers when you visit a website and stored temporarily on your hard drive. This file as such contains a so-called session ID, with which you can assign various requests of your browser to the common session. The collection of this data is necessary for the conclusion of the contract. The data will be deleted after expiry of the warranty periods and statutory retention periods. Data associated with a user account (see below) will always be retained for the duration of the account. The legal basis for the processing of this data is GDPR articles, because this data is required so that we can fulfil our contractual obligations towards you.

3.5. Services recommendations.

SEOPROFY will send you from time to time services recommendations by e-mail. In this way, SEOPROFY will provide you with more information about services from our offer that you may be interested in based on your recent purchases of services from SEOPROFY. In doing so, we strictly comply with legal requirements. A message in text form to the contact data (e.g. e-mail, tel.) mentioned under point 1 is sufficient for this.

The legal basis for this is the legal permission according to GDPR and US data protection laws.

If you contact SEOPROFY (e.g. via contact form or e-mail), we will process your details to process your inquiry and in case that follow-up questions arise.

If the data processing takes place for the execution of pre-contractual measures which take place at your request or, if you are already our customer, for the execution of the contract, the legal basis for this data processing is GDPR and US data protection laws.

4. Google-Analytics.

SEOPROFY use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. “(“Google”).

5. Storage time.

SEOPROFY only store personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes pursued. 5.2. Right to acknowledgement and access.

You have the right to receive confirmation from SEOPROFY at any time as to whether personal data relating to you will be processed. If this is the case, you have the right to request from us free of charge information about the personal data stored about you together with a copy of this data.

If personal data are transferred to a third country or an international organization, you have the right to be informed of the appropriate guarantees in accordance with GDPR and US data protection laws in connection with the transfer.

5.3. Right to correction.

You have the right to request SEOPROFY to correct any inaccurate personal data concerning you without delay.

5.4. Right for cancellation (“Right for oblivion”).

As a pursuant under GDPR and US data protection laws, you have the right to demand that we delete personal data concerning you without delay, and we are obliged to delete personal data without delay if one of the following reasons applies:

1. personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed.
2. you file an objection to the processing pursuant to GDPR and US data protection laws, and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or you file an objection to the processing pursuant under conditions of GDPR and US data protection laws.
3. you withdraw your consent, on which the processing was based pursuant according to GDPR and US data protection laws, and there is no other legal basis for the processing.
4. the deletion of personal data is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation under Union law or the law of the Member States to which we are subject.

5.5. Right to limitation of processing.

You have the right to request SEOPROFY to restrict processing if one of the following conditions is met:

1. you dispute the accuracy of your personal data for a period of time that enables us to verify the accuracy of your personal data;
2. the processing is unlawful, and you have refused to delete the personal data and have instead requested the restriction of the use of the personal data;
3. SEOPROFY no longer need the personal data for the purposes of processing, but you do need the data to assert, exercise or defend legal claims, or
4. you have filed an objection against the processing pursuant according to GDPR and US data protection laws, as long as it is not yet clear whether the justified reasons of our company outweigh yours.

5.6. Right to Transferability of Data

5.7. Right of objection.

You have the right to object at any time, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you on the basis of GDPR and US data protection laws; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. We no longer process personal data unless we can prove compelling grounds for processing thatoutweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

If SEOPROFY process personal data for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such advertising.

You have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you, for scientific or historical research purposes or for statistical purposes in accordance with GDPR and US data protection laws, for reasons arising from your particular situation, unless the processing is necessary to fulfil a task in the public interest.

5.8. Automated decisions including profiling.

You have the right not to be subject to a decision based exclusively on automated processing – including profiling – that has legal effect against you or significantly impairs you in a similar manner. An automated decision making based on the collected personal data does not take place.

5.9. Right to revoke consent under data protection law.

You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of personal data at any time.

5.10. Right of appeal to a supervisory authority.

You have the right of appeal to a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State where you are staying, working or suspected of having infringed the law, if you believe that the processing is unlawful.

6. Data security.

SEOPROFY makes every effort to ensure the security of your data in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and technical possibilities, but unfortunately a complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.To secure your data, SEOPROFY maintain technical and organizational security measures in accordance with GDPR and US data protection laws, which we constantly adapt.

6.1. Disclosure of data to third parties, no data transfer to non-EU or non-US countries. In general, SEOPROFY only use your personal data within our company.

In case if SEOPROFY outsource certain parts of data processing (“order processing”), we contractually oblige contractors to use personal data only in accordance with the requirements of data protection laws and to ensure the protection of the rights of the data subject.

A data transmission to places or persons outside the USA outside the case mentioned in this declaration in paragraph 4 does not take place and is not planned.
